Friday Photos: Reflection Fascination

This week I’m short on words, but longer on photos.   We had very heavy rains yesterday that cleared by late afternoon.  I ended up feeling fascinated by the reflections in the puddles and standing water everywhere, so I took my camera out for a spin around the neighborhood.  Here are the three best shots of that short photo expedition:

  1. Beautiful photos. I particularly liked the first one. I would not be fascinated by those puddles, myself. I would have thought only of mosquitos haha.

  2. Love these! They look as if they are portals to another world we could just slide into.

i’m fascinated with the way the light hits the tree outside my window – but I can never quite capture it.

  3. amazing reflection photos =)

Angela, the standing water and puddles were too fresh to house mosquitoes.

K, now that you mention it, they do look a bit like portals in a sci-fi TV show or movie. 🙂 And keep trying to capture the way the light hits that tree. One day you’ll get it.

Tracy, thank you for commenting. I’m glad you liked them. 🙂
